This afternoon, we are posting a rendering that is set in a dense urban neighborhood. As the population expands in urban centers, the demand for housing increases.
The Arcus Aetus housing system is situated in Mumbai, India. [population: 20,870,764+] across the street from a transit station.
Mumbai, capital of the Indian State of Maharashtra, is the most populous city in India, and is the fourth most populous city in the world.
Mumbai is also the wealthiest city in India and has the highest GDP of any city in South, West, or Central Asia. There seems to be a disconnect between high productivity levels, high population and the quality and quantity of housing available.

We invite you keep track of our activities as we embark on this important and worthy endeavor.
